Bonuses & VIP
Just show up and play. First-time visitors automatically receive a $25 Gaming Bonus credited to their tab, plus a free 30-minute practice hour. No card details and no sign-up fee are required — our team activates it at the front desk when you arrive.
The VIP Bonus tier unlocks 20% off every hour, priority rig booking, a personal locker, free Thursday tournament entry, and double Siege Points on weekends. You reach it after 40 hours of play in a season, or instantly with a $39/month membership.
Siege Points roll over for the full 90-day season and reset at the start of the next one. VIP Bonus members keep any unspent points for an extra 30 days, so there is plenty of time to cash them in for free hours and gear.
Booking & hours
Walk-ins are welcome whenever a rig is free, which is most weeknights. We recommend booking online for Friday and Saturday evenings and for the private LAN room, since those fill quickly around tournament nights.
We are open seven nights a week from 10am until 2am. The kitchen and drinks bar run until midnight, and the last station booking each night starts at 1am.
At the fortress
Absolutely. Every station has spare USB ports for your own mouse, keyboard, or controller, and all rigs support cloud saves so you can log into your own accounts. Lockers are available for VIP Bonus members to store gear between visits.
Players under 15 are welcome until 8pm with a parent or guardian present. After 8pm the arena is 15+, and our Thursday cash tournaments are open to players aged 18 and over.
